|Why do you love it:||
Babinda free camp is amazing, we had some rain, but was still pretty good. Lots of green grass, clean toilets, brand new shower block built by the community group with money given from the Cyclone disaster fund. There is a children’s playground and two levels, the top level is gravel and grass and we did not want to leave. It is within walking distance of the township and they have $7 breakfasts at the far little coffee shop, everyone was raving about it. The bakery and the butcher were also amazing with the foods that they sold. The park is run by the council and ask that you leave a donation of $5. Well worth it.
